PATE DE CHOUX Last week me and the lovely Kacy (veganpastry.tumblr.com) decided to make some vegan pate de choux!  a light and airy piped french pastry, that’s turns hollow in the middle, in which you fill with a delicious filling of your choice.  We used a coconut chocolate cream filling. though you can’t see it in this photo cause it’s inside!!
